INSÉKTA leads a high-velocity workshop designed for self-identified trained dancers. This session bridges the gap between commercial and concert dance by utilizing fundamentals from floor work, modern dance, and contemporary forms, all viewed through the lens of Latin American aesthetics.

Moving beyond the surface, we explore Dembow as a site of Latinx resilience and rhythmic complexity. Dancers can expect a rigorous physical practice that accesses joy and technical audacity.
