CYAN

CYAN is a multimedia video piece within CHROMATICALLY ELUSIVE (2018), a color-forward movement series conceived by Camila Rivero Pooley. This chapter embodies the affective weight of cyan—not just as pigment, but as emotional residue. In collaboration with video artist Eduardo Fabián Montes, the piece manipulates image and body through layered editing, special effects, and experimental framing, generating a reality that feels fluid, submerged, otherworldly.

Performed by Pollux Buerger, the choreography slips between fluidity and tension, echoing the elusive nature of the color itself. The screen becomes a membrane—vibrating between intimacy and distortion, where human presence dissolves and reforms.

The piece reflects on how color translates as mood, memory, and movement—asking: what does it mean to feel in blue?
